Comercializadora Círculo CCK (“Circle K Mexico”) is the exclusive Mexican franchisee of Circle K convenience stores and, with 1,100 stores, the third-largest convenience store chain in Mexico. We actively supported the company’s acquisition and integration of Tiendas Extra from AB InBev’s subsidiary Grupo Modelo, Mexico’s largest beer producer.
